


Organic Komatsuna (or Japanese mustard spinach) is a popular green in Japan, Taiwan and Korea. It has succulent stalks and tender leaves, much like pak choi, with a mild, mustardy pungency that’s softened by cooking. It’s ideal for stir-fries and steaming.
